This sale is for replacement Burner ONLY(NO PUMP) for customers, who want to replace their failed/unrepeatable or outdated burner on existing furnaces or boilers.

"CLAVE" Burner will work on Any Waste oil furnace s. Lanair, Horizon, Farelake, Shenandoah, CB, etc. You can use your existing oil supply pump if it is metering pump and the old burner does NOT have OIL PRESSURE REGULATOR. If old burner has OIL PRESSURE REGULATOR, - it has to be transferred to new burner. However, we strongly recommend to upgrade to Metering Pump.

These burners are made to be used in furnaces and boilers. All "new gen" burners are "cold start", meaning that the burner does not use ANY electricity until here is a "call for heat" from boiler's Aquastat, or furnaces's Thermostat.

Another great advantage, - no need to disconnect power at the end of heating season. Most problems in waste oil burners come from "idling", - heating oil inside burner for prolonged periods of time. Don't let the simplicity of the design to fool you, - it is the only way to make it bulletproof. Things do break, in our world, so, there is only two ways to combat that, - quality (to break less) and Simplicity (to fix fast).

We want you to be able to understand the unit and fix it, if needed, with locally available parts. Unfortunately, some parts are "waste oil" specific s. Nozzles and electrodes, but those are cheap enough to have an extra one "on hand".

Digital wireless remote thermostat with the burner for even simpler burner connection on furnaces and optimal temperature control(the thermostat remote has temp sensor built in and can be placed anywhere in the room). Boilers have to use Aquastat. All "Cold Start" burners are "Plug and Play", no complicated wiring diagrams. This sale is for Burner ONLY.

Filter, cleaning kit, air line and manual are included. Manual has electrical diagrams, part numbers and sources where to get them if we are not around. GeniSys Primary can be replaced with Honeywell Primary at your request if desired, at no extra charge. Honeywell is a better product, but new burner chassis come with GeniSys installed on them and we need to sell them.

All burners are now "COLD START". This means that they are not heating oil when on "stand by". As a matter of fact, it does not use Any electricity until Aquastat or Thermostat switch the power "ON" to the burner. This option is very valuable for "off the grid" users and for those who forget to turn power off for summer. However it can be on "stand by" heated, if desired.

There are two disadvantages in this case: small waste of power(really small) and lower oil temperature, 140 degrees F vs 165 degrees F. These 25 degrees are very important for Veggie Oil burners or Synthetic oil burns. For customers who are new to waste oil burner stuff. This is not a regular Beckett burner. We utilized as many Standard parts off Beckett, Honeywell, DeLavan, Carlin as possible, s. Motor, Housing, Blower wheels, Igniter, Siphon Nozzle, Primary controls.

All of these parts are readily available for you at your local HVAC store or online, except Honeywell 240V/50Hz primary controls that we are modifying for our UK, European an Australian customers. Those are available ONLY through Clave Burners.

Honeywell does not make them in 240V/50Hz. Becket GeniSys does(did) one that does not work at 50Hz. Same goes for Beckett 240V igniters(they don't last past 2 weeks in Europe). We replace them with different brand that works. The rest of the parts are specialty parts from Clave Burners that usually last a lifetime. We use a very high quality Oriental Gear Head motors on our pumps coupled with Suntec Metering pumps in order to provide Very steady stream of fuel minimally affected by oil viscosity.
