This new kit from Alton (France) is complete with everything you need except for a battery. They recommend a Yuasa YTX14BS or equivalent. New inner primary with starter pre installed.

The new rotor and stator are rated at 150W with 90-95 watts available at normal cruise, so it's compatible with your existing electrical system (postive ground).
